Netflix August 2018 Arrivals and Departures

With another month comes a new round of Netflix arrivals and departures. Though Netflix now concentrates increasingly on its original content lineup, the Netflix August 2018 changelog boasts a slew of solid syndicated titles. Learn about all of the Netflix 2018 comings and goings!

“Batman Begins,” easily one of the best Batman films of all-time, hits Netflix streaming. Cult classic “Clerks” becomes available Aug. 1, 2018. You’ll be able to stream “Steel Magnolias,” and “The Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Rings” in Aug. 2018.

Best picks include the criminally underappreciated “The Informant!” starring Matt Damon, a truly under-the-radar flick, and one of the best Scott Bakula movies, right up there with “Lord of Illusions.” PSA: if you’ve yet to experience “Lord of Illusions,” check it out y’all. Several promising Netflix originals hit streaming, including “Voltron: Legendary Defender: Season 7 (Netflix Original).”

However, to make room for new Netflix additions, certain movies and shows must go. “Adventures in Babysitting” disappears, along with “The 40-Year-Old Virgin,” “Finding Dory,” “Sausage Party,” and a host of other titles. Check out the full list of Netflix August 2018 comings and goings below!
