Netflix April 2018 Arrivals and Departures

April showers bring May flowers, and April 2018 delivers a slew of new movies and TV shows to Netflix streaming. Check out the Netflix April 2018 changelog and find out what’s coming and going!

Starting April 1, 2018, you can stream “Cabin Fever,” “Deep Blue Sea,” “Mortal Kombat,” “Se7en,” “The Lost Boys,” and revered cult classic “The Iron Giant.” You can also stream Roger Christian-directed Scientology propaganda film “Battlefield Earth,” though I’m not sure why you’d want to. With the popularity of its Netflix originals, a bevy of original programming such as “Stranger Things” and “Black Mirror,” Netflix continues churning out its original content. For Netflix April 2018 additions, check out the highly-anticipated “Lost in Space: Season 1,” as well as the fantastic reboot “The Magic School Bus Rides Again: Season 2.”

But to make room for its array of new streaming titles, Netflix purges select movies and shows. Notably, “The Shawshank Redemption,” “Batman,” “Batman & Robin,” “Batman Forever,” and “Batman Returns” leave streaming. Plus, “Cool Runnings,” and “Small Soldiers” run off.
